Pupils and staff raise £757 for Tommy's charity

Pupils and staff have raised an incredible £757.60 for Tommy's through bun sales, stationery sales and a non-uniform day.

They have also collected nappies in newborn/premature baby size, cotton buds, nappy bags, baby wipes and baby clothes which are going to be donated to the neonatal intensive care ward at Hull Royal Infirmary.

Tommy's fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provide pregnancy health information to parents. They believe it is unacceptable that one in four women lose a baby during pregnancy and birth. They want every parent to have the best possible pregnancy outcomes and to take home happy, healthy babies.

Thank you to everyone involved in this fundraising. We are proud to support Tommy's.
