Year 10 Ashlyn is through to the next stage of the England Hockey NAG trials.

Year 10 Ashlyn

Following the England Hockey trials for the NAG selection during the half term, we are delighted to inform you Ash has been selected to progress to the next phase training programme for NAG (National Age Group). Selection to the NAGS is the highest honour obtainable for a junior hockey player.

Ash has attended a number of training camps at the Wakefield England Hockey Performance Centre where players are exposed to professional advice on topics including anti-doping, nutrition, strength and conditioning, injury management and psychology.

There were over 700 nominated players on trials in October. Approximately 25 players per age group and gender were taken forward to the next phase of assessment where they will be joined by the players from the England National Age Group (NAG) squads.
